A wine that embodies the essence of Santorini, with a winemaking process that enhances the characteristics of the volcanic terroir. The wine ages on its lees for a minimum of 12 months. A fruity nose with broad stone fruit, floral, and herbaceous aromas combined with classic intense minerality. Gentle structure, fresh acidity, and a lingering finish.
