Description
Still organic white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Alois Lageder. Blend of Petit Manseng and Viognier. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics, combining the freshness of Petit Manseng with the complexity of Viognier. Spontaneous fermentation in large and small barrels. Contact with the fermentation lees for several months until the individual components are blended, usually about a year and a half after harvest. Aged in bottle for one year before release. The bouquet is intense, aromatic, and fruity, with hints of candied fruit, orange, vanilla, exotic spices, and toasted aromas. Bright, clear golden yellow color. Vigorous structure, full-bodied, salty, with a fresh acidity.
