Emilio Moro

Perhaps it's the altitude of between 750 and 1000 metres above sea-level that gives this land its marked character and temperament, or maybe its the variety in its soils of chalk, loam and clay, along with the local climate, that produces unique plants and fruits. This strength carries through the cultivation, production, aging and is maintained in the bottle. Perhaps that is why our wines are like they are, with their own personality and soul.

"Wine is an art, if you know how to listen it speaks to you, telling you when it needs racking and when it needs to rest. It is like a living being that you have to understand, look after and care for." Don Emilio Moro
