Chartron et Trebuchet
Founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet (Côte de Beaune), it is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle. of Burgundy (Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne- Montrachet and Meursault). Maison Chartron and Trébuchet quickly specialised in the vinification, ageing and bottling of great wines. The vinification follows the classic method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival in the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°. The second fermentation is in the bottle with a maturation of at least 18 months on the lees.
