Bindella
The place-name Vallocaia, of ancient wine-growing virtue, was by then abandoned when, at the beginning of the 1980s, the Swiss merchant Rudi Bindella laid the foundations for an unparalleled revival. On the other hand, Montepulciano is one of the most beautiful places in Tuscany and its soils of Pliocene origin (rich in sand, clay and marine elements), make the difference in terms of elegance in the glass and Vallocaia, falling in the cru Argiano, is a small paradise where nature seems to express itself perfectly on its own. Giovanni Capuano has been entrusted with the task in the cellar of bringing out without filters the finesse of the wines produced in this lieu dit, a difficult art that seems to him to be particularly successful from the tastings.
