Azienda Agricola Mirabello di Rocca Giuseppe

Mirabello Winery is a totally organic production and it disposes of 1,78 hectares of Sangiovese wineyard at 400 meters of height and a few thousands of blackberries and rasperries square meters.

Pruning operations and philosophy are aimed at preserving plants health and obtaining a limited production. No fertilizing operations are done but for this purpose we only use vineyard mowing. The objectif is quality and certainly not quantity.

The whole wine production cycle is totally done inside the Farm, exclusively with our own grapes, harvested in our company winery and bottled there as well. We take care 100% to organic aspect using Nomacorc zero impact corks.

Wine is produced with artisanal methods, preserving wine structural integrity; no filtration is done but a pre-bottling filtration for hygienic and sanitary matters. Flanked to wine production we have a very small wild berries organic jam production. Finally, company activity is enriched by the presence of a Farmhouse, set in a 17 th century country house, recently renovated totally preserving its nature and originary taste.
