A wine that expresses the soul of the Marche region, produced with organic grapes and respecting ancient traditions. We cultivate our wonderful hills producing organic grapes. We follow ancient traditions, preserving the environment and biodiversity. Soft pressing of the grapes, cold static decantation, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It ferments and rests for 6 months in stainless steel on its fine lees. It then ages in bottle for at least 6 months.
