Beschreibung

The ‘Riserva’ denomination represents the highest expression of Verdicchio. ‘Luna’ comes from a unique, single-cell vineyard, more than sixty years old, from which we obtain a wine of great structure and great value, with a peculiar combination of freshness, aromatic complexity and ageing potential.

The nose reveals fruity scents, particularly of white fruit, apple and pear, citrus fruit, lemon and grapefruit, white flowers and dried fruit, almond, mineral, intense and marked.

Farbe

Golden yellow to the eye, typical of an ageing Verdicchio, which intensifies in the longer-lived versions.

Gusto

Geschmack

The palate is dry, harmonious, with good structure and persistence; the acidity is well balanced by softness, with a pleasant freshness; the finish is long and slightly almondy.
