Vinification	In white, gentle pressing in an anaerobic environment at a controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing	Martinotti-Charmat Method in stainless steel vats with ageing in the bottle for 40 days.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Perfect for all courses. Excellent with rice dishes, fish, shellfish and raw seafood.
