Vinification	In white vinification, gentle pressing in an anaerobic environment at a controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing	Martinotti-Charmat Method in stainless steel vats with ageing in the bottle for 40 days.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
