Soil composition	Marl-clay soil, deep substratum rich in minerals and organic substances.
Cultivation system	Guyot.
Yield per hectare	9,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest	By hand, with the selection of grapes in the last decade of August.
Vinification	White vinification with the soft pressing of the grapes and maceration on the skins. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing	Martinotti-Charmat Method in steel autoclaves for 40 days, followed by ageing in the bottle for at least three months.
Total acidity	5.60 gr/L
Residual sugars	12.00 gr/L
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	It perfectly pairs with fish dishes and Mediterranean first courses. It is also excellent with cured meats and fresh cheeses.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
