Paolo Manzone Roero Arneis Reysu 2023
Wine considered a simple Piedmontese table wine. The grapes come from a selection of 30-year-old vineyards. The selected grapes are macerated 24 hours with the skins and then fermentation lasts one month at a low temperature of about 14 / 16 degrees following French techniques (e.g. Chablis wine production). The wine is kept on the lees for four months in order to remain full, balanced and full-bodied. It is unexpectedly good immediately but will also express its best several years after the harvest.
