Created by Livio Felluga’s children, who dedicated the wine to him for his 85th birthday, Illivio reflects the personality of the family's "Patriarch", uniting strength with elegance.

Colour

Vivid straw-yellow.

Bouquet

Elegant, ample, complex, sweet fruit and spices, with an evident mineral note, aromas of pineapple, candied citrus fruits, iris, hyacinth, aromatic herbs, walnut husk and a pleasant woodiness.

Flavour

Extensive, full, progressive; exotic, spicy aftertaste with mineral persistence and pleasant notes of rosemary, cream, white chocolate and graphite.

A particularly good match for fish, risottos and fresh cheeses.

Vinification The grapes are carefully destemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Next, the fruit is softly crushed. The must obtained is then allowed to settle. The must then ferments at controlled temperatures in small casks of French oak, where it matures for about 10 months.
Ageing After fermentation, the wine was left on the lees in the small oak casks for about 10 months. The bottled wine was aged in temperature-controlled rooms.
