Form vineyards over twenty years old, Chardonnay grapes are aimed to make Satèn silky and persuasive character while leaving room for citrus notes and lingering minerality. It is a highly original wine in its category.

Colour

Tends towards gold with a viscous perlage.

Bouquet

A broad nose of dried apricot, hazelnut, citrus, chalk and resin.

The carbonic acidity is integrated and well balanced with the substantial body and its softness.
