From Ruchè you get a very particular product, characterized by a brilliant ruby red color and intense scent, with floral (pink) and spicy notes, which makes interesting contrast to dry, dry, tannic taste. It can also serve to produce a sweet or sweet wine, pleasantly aromatic (with notes of rose and small fruits). |
