Thanks to a company philosophy that believes in innovation at the service of tradition, La Poderina wines are matured in French oak barriques and large casks. In addition, high-quality training systems are adopted in the vineyard with yields of 60 quintals per hectare, well below the 80 quintals the specifications allow.

Wine making | Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel at controlled temperature (24-28 °C) with daily pumping over and délestage. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, post-maceration period is continued bringing the temperature to 29 °C. |
Aging | After racking, even with its fine lees, wine is transferred into oak barrels where malolactic fermentation is carried out and undergoes weekly batonnage for the next 4 months. It ages in wood for 20 months. |
