描述
Viàch is a Müller-Thurgau that matures in the midday sun. The vineyard is a hymn to peasant ingenuity and tenacity. Recovered with a mallet and pickaxe from the mountain, it is a continuum of terraces and dry-stone walls that follow the twisted course of the ridge. It is the mountain that becomes a vineyard: the rows of vines, dense, serrated, never linear, weave a tailor-made dress over it.

Corvée is a winegrowing project that aims to give voice to a specific territory, the Cembra Valley, and to valorise the specificity of grapes rich in character, cultivated with hard work, wresting culQvable land from the raw mountainside with terraces supported by centuries- old dry-stone walls.
