收成	Grapes are hand-harvested when perfectly ripe.
釀造	The bunches are quickly carried to the wine factory where grapes are destemmed and left to ferment and macerate for 15 days.
陳年	After drawing-off, the wine is aged in 225 litres French oak casks for 12-15 months. It is then blended in stainless steel vats and finally aged for 5 months in the bottle.
