Location	Vineyards located in the hills surrounding the estate.

收成	The grapes are harvested separately when fully ripe.
釀造	The grapes are placed in the pneumatic press. After an initial racking, the first must is pumped into temperature-controlled vats for fermentation.
陳年	The wines are blended after fermentation and remain on the lees for at least 7 months. At 8-9 months after the harvest, the wine is bottled.
