Location	Vineyards located near the winery with different facing slopes.

釀造	Perfectly ripened grapes are hand-harvested. The bunches are quickly carried to the winefactory where grapes are destemmed and left to ferment and macerate for 15 days.
陳年	After drawing-off the wine is aged in 225 litres French oak casks for 12-15 months. It is then blended in stainless steel vats and finally matures for 5 months in the bottle.
