This sparkling wine is obtained by carefully selecting grapes from the San Pietro di Barbozza hills, town of Valdobbiadene. The grapes are unique and unreplicable, thanks to the microclimate and steep slope. Hence the name "RIVE", is a symbol of an expressive and qualitative search that Valdo is committed to pursuing. Thanks to these peculiarities, this prestigious cuvée is translated into the production of numbered and limited bottles from what the selected vineyards manage to produce year after year.

	顏色 Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香氣/花束 Aroma with rich floral and slightly citrus scents.
	味道 The taste is decisively dry and robust, typically tasty. The mineral aftertaste and a long finish ensure persistence.

Pairing

Ideal for pairing with fine appetisers and for the whole meal. It best expresses its dry taste and its savoury note with fatty dishes, supported by its excellent texture.
