Rizzi Barbaresco Rizzi Vigna Boito Riserva 2018

This wine originates from the vineyard Boito, located in the upper part of the big Crü Rizzi. The vineyards are located south, southwest and just before the winery. The soil composition is deep and made of clay and limestone giving this wine great elegance, tannic structure, inimitable perfumes, and outstanding longevity.

Deep garnet red.

香氣/花束

Clean and defined with floral notes of violet and rose alongside leather, fine tobacco, liquorice, black pepper and cloves.

味道

Full-bodied, well-balanced, and soft with a rich tannic structure. This Barbaresco is intended for long ageing, which will give great emotions over the years.

Pairing

Pasta dishes with sauces, braised meats, roasts and mature cheeses such as Pecorino and Parmigiano Reggiano.

釀造	Fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures not above 30°C for about 3/4 weeks. It then follows malolactic fermentation which lasts for about a month.
陳年	According to the specification, the ageing lasts 18-24 months in Slavonian oak casks, then in concrete vats. It then refines in the bottle a few months, before being marketed 5 years after harvesting.
