Vigna Colonnello is produced from one single prized hectare (2.5 acres) in the Monforte d’Alba area. This wine represents the two combined spirits of the Barolo area and celebrates the encounter of two first-class terroirs. A wine with silky tannins that expresses the finesse and elegance of Tortonian soils while exalting the structure and power of Serravallian terrain.

Complex with aromas of spices, even exotic spices, dried flowers, and forest floor.

味道

Remarkable on the palate for the excellent concentration of refined tannins, supple, and able to envelop the palate without being aggressive. The finish is long and persistent.

釀造	After harvesting, grapes were brought to the cellar and gently crushed; only 65% of the grapes were destemmed. Maceration on the skins was conducted in stainless steel tanks for about 7 days at a temperature not above 30°C. Malolactic fermentation was completed before the end of winter.
陳年	In French oak barrels of different capacities for 18 months and 24 months in stainless steel. After bottling, the wine was aged for 24 months before being marketed.

Alfredo Prunotto一個著名的葡萄酒製造商誰工作了的時候最負盛名的釀酒廠，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿爾朗格”（朗格地區合作的葡萄酒）成立於阿爾巴於1904年的，之後第一第一次世界大戰，跌倒了困難時期。由於阿爾弗雷多和他的妻子的極大熱情，在Prunotto酒廠很快名聲大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto從企業退休，本公司所售酒機和朋友的Beppe科拉誰，連同卡羅Filiberti後來又與弟弟蒂諾科拉，在管理與阿爾弗雷多的同樣的愛酒...
