Intense ruby with brilliant violet reflections.

香氣/花束

Delicate tones of blueberry, blackberry, black currant and violet emerge on the nose, intertwined with hints of cloves and black pepper.

味道

Warm, round taste, with a solid structure, with a perfectly smooth tannic vein. Closing on liquorice tones.

Pairing

Excellent with braised beef with Primitivo. It is the ideal choice with game, stews, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
