This wine is produced from grapes grown in old vineyards on high hills in the towns of Stradella and Canneto Pavese. It is aged in oak barrels in old and characteristic company's premises located in Canneto Pavese.

收成 The grapes are harvested in small crates at the end of September.
釀造 Grapes are destemmed and crushed. The must obtained ferments in stainless steel tanks with automatic pumping-overs, where it macerates with its skins for about 12-14 days at a temperature of 26-28°C.
陳年 The malolactic fermentation is carried out in barriques where the wine ages for about 3 months.
