Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore Collezione Pruviniano is the result of Domìni Veneti's ongoing research to discover and characterise the terroirs in Valpolicella Classica. In fact, this wine is made from grapes from the Marano area, a land that was called Pruviniano until 1177.

顏色

Deep red with shades on the edges.

香氣/花束

Hints of wilted rose petals, blueberries, tobacco, liquorice, kola nuts and cinchona emerge from the balsamic aromatic structure.

味道

The olfactory notes are reflected in the opening with a mineral and tannic structure. Notes of dark spices and bitter herbs in the finish.

Pairing

It pairs perfectly with traditional Veronese dishes such as lasagna with rabbit meat and tortelloni with Monte Veronese cheese. It is also excellent with cured meats.
