Syrah is an international grape variety famous for its spicy notes that Paladin interprets with great elegance. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, it is a generous vine; of great quality and typicality.

顏色

Deep red with garnet reflections.

香氣/花束

The bouquet is enveloping with intense notes of red fruit, such as blueberry, raspberry and amarena. Pleasantly fruity and fresh, with a hint of spice and black pepper.

味道

In the mouth, cherries in alcohol and coffee stand out.

Pairing

Ideal throughout a meal, it is an excellent accompaniment to boiled meats and baked meats. Excellent with boards of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses and unbeatable, after dinner at the wine bar with friends.
