Collalto Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry
Sweet calls sweet. In this way we could summarize the 'destiny' of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Dry. It is in fact the most loaded version in terms of residual sugars, one in which the characteristics of the vine play hide with the influences, in fact, of the sweet note, escaping it in a game of I see / I do not see, in the specific case of feeling / I do not hear, definitely intriguing. It is therefore thanks to the skill of the winemaker that in this wine have been preserved the original scents of the fruit, making them coexist with sugary suadenze, generally contaminating, guaranteeing its balance and preserving its varietal appearance. At sight it shows a very delicate straw yellow. Very fine its perlage, very persistent, and its excellent foam in terms of evanescence. Thanks to its carbonic thrust, the bouquet is extremely elegant and refined, with memories of white flowers and fruit (white-flesh peaches, citrus fruit, freshly ripe banana are its olfactory references). Setosity and freshness are its distinctive notes and the entry in the mouth is a prelude to a sweetness never heavy or cloying. The best combination, it has already been understood, are the desserts in various declinations: mousses, panna cotta, fruit tarts, cream desserts. Also try with fruit skewers or caramelized fruit.
