The results of this Curvée are truly astonishing. Our grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think of producing a classic method in line with those of the best Italian sparkling wines.

	Perlage Fine continuous perlage.
	顏色 Golden yellow with green highlights.
	香氣/花束 Fragrant on the nose, with hints of biscuits and hazelnut, hay and seasoned tobacco.
	味道 The silky, creamy carbonation makes way for acidity that stimulates salivation by bringing back biscuity and hazelnut notes.

Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif but also able to display all the versatility of the classic method when accompanying meals. Excellent with freshwater fish, during the entire libation, with poultry, cold white meats and Summer salads. Matches well with a quality Parmesan cheese.
