Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut 2022

The Prosecco 'Rosé Bosco del Merlo' comprises 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero. The grapes are vinified in red with a slightly lower yield per hectare to have greater colour intensity and richer aromas. These grapes are harvested at different times, seeking a balance between the characters of these two wines while preserving their freshness and aromas.

	香氣/花束 The fragrance is very fresh and floral.
	味道 Very pleasant on the palate, where there is an explosion of freshness, but also a full-bodied sensation due to the tastiness and the taste-olfactory persistence of the fruity and floral sensations.

Pairing

A convivial, apéritif wine, excellent with fish dishes, salmon or tuna sashimi. It is also excellent to pair with grilled vegetables.

釀造	The must is obtained after soft pressing of the grapes is fermented at 15°C to enhance its freshness and fruity notes.
陳年	The Charmat Method is used for the second fermentation. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves, at low temperatures and frequent bâtonnage, to enhance the fragrance and fineness of the perlage. The processing period averages over 60 days.
