Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry 2022

Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo is produced from Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes, grown in the most typical area, where the favourable microclimate and the terroir are perfect for the cultivation of the grapes.

	Perlage Extremely fine and persistent.
	顏色 Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香氣/花束 On the nose, it presents delicate aromas reminiscent of fragrant fruity notes such as pear and green apple. This is complemented by a floral bouquet with hints of acacia, rose and white flowers.
	味道 On the palate, it is characterised by a pronounced tastiness, a surprising minerality that lends freshness to a unique product with a restrained sweetness.

Pairing

It is ideal as an apéritif and always the perfect match for important moments. It is perfect with refined fish dishes such as pasta with clams and white meats such as orange chicken.

收成	The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the day during the second deacde of September.
發酵溫度	14-16 °C
釀造	White vinification, soft pressing of the grapes to extract only the best must. Static settling is followed by pure fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C.
陳年	The wine then matures on the lees for 3 months. The second fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 13-14°C.
