Cabernet Sauvignon is an international grape variety whose characteristics are greatly influenced by the area in which it is cultivated. Thanks to careful clonal selection, vines with a perfect adaptation to the terroir have been propagated, giving us grapes in perfect condition every year. The low production yields, combined with careful greenery management, allow optimal phenolic maturity to be achieved.
