The colour is ruby red with delicate purple tinges.

香氣/花束

Offers an intense and persistent olfactory expression with notes of berries, cherries in alcohol and ripe fruit. Pleasant spicy flavours and delicate sensations reminiscent of wood and flowers.

味道

In the mouth, the exciting crispness of Barbera harmonises a high yet absolutely pleasant alcohol content. It reveals the typical intensity and persistence of a great wine.

Pairing

After malolactic fermentation, a portion of the entire mass is kept in French oak casks where it refines. The remaining part will complete ageing in large Slavonian oak casks. After blending and further ageing in stainless steel vats, the wine is bottled and left to evolve in bottle.
