The company over the years has played the old graft and its biotype of white grape varieties in order not to lose the typical characteristics and uniqueness. The management of the plots is followed during all phenological stages by making all the practices for a limited production and quality. |

The wine is made partly of steel containers separately by variety and maturity of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for about a month at a controlled temperature. The grapes are fermented separately in temperature controlled between 14 ° -16 ° C. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for about 20-25 days on the lees for 6 months. |
陈年 |
A winemaking process, the wine is kept on the lees for over 6 months in small oak barrels to impart aroma and bouquet, to the lysis of yeast. Then comes the racking and further in the cellar. The wine is then blended, bottled and aged in bottles for about three months before the release for the market. |
