发酵期 30 days
酿造 The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes choosing only the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. The wine is made separately for each variety in temperature controlled stainless steel with a maceration of 30 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation immediately after racking.
陈年 It is aged for 12 months in 350 liter tonneau in French oak barrels of first and second pass.
