Location	The grapes are the best selection of Aglianico that grows in the estate of Minervino Murge (BA)

酿造	The grapes are pressed softly and the must that is obtained is put in Inox tanks at a temperature of 10°C, so as to achieve a natural decantation. Afterwards the must is poured in new barriques of French and Hungarian oak, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. After 5 months in barriques, where the malolactic fermentation takes place, the wine is poured into Inox tanks before being bottled.
