Langhe Nebbiolo is 100% Nebbiolo grapes from sites that bring out Nebbiolo's most ethereal aromas and structure. Low temperature during fermentation for a soft extraction. Short stay in neutral oak and the rest of the ageing in stainless steel to preserve freshness and emphasise the classic nuances of the Nebbiolo grape variety.
