This Barolo is a blend of three important cru grown by Paolo Scavino: Rocche di Castiglione, Fiasco in Castiglione Falletto and Cannubi di Barolo. The result is one of the company's most fascinating and sensual wines.

Deep and robust. The spices mark the opening, followed by tar, mineral, tamarind and chinotto notes.

Deep, powerful and strong even in the mouth; clear hints of liquorice in the finish.

酿造	Maceration of varying duration and alcoholic fermentation occur at a controlled temperature in stainless steel.
陈年	Malolactic fermentation then takes place in barriques. This is followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barriques and 12 months in larger barrels made of French oak. After blending in stainless steel tanks, the Barolo is bottled 6/7 months before being marketed.
