This wine owes its subtle colouring, bouquet, taste, structure and longevity to the Pinot Noir, 70% of which is present here, and the elegance of its nuances to the 30% of Chardonnay grapes. A wine with an onion skin colour, fine and continuous perlage. The elegant aroma of small red fruits gives a rich and persistent flavour, dry, tasty, and enveloping.
