Gruss Cremant d'Alsace Extra Brut

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	颜色 Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香气/花束 Rich bouquet, ranging from rich hints of chalk and graphite to continue in wet stone and flint. Fresh, mint and thyme are appreciated. After careful oxygenation, it reveals bread crust and a slight note of smoke.
	味道 Dry, direct and sharp. Excellent body, with good alcohol content. It remains straight and consistent with the passing of minutes, not changing its structure.

Pairing

Perfect as an apéritif to pair with canapés, fried calamari, savoury pies and dry biscuits.
