In 1855, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco vines were planted for the first time in Tuscany. Still today, these vines are the interpreters of the freshness and aromas of this wine, which originates in the land of Castello di Pomino, an Apennine area with a unique microclimate, cool and breezy.

Bright straw yellow with fine golden reflections.

香气/花束

Fine and delicate with floral hints harmonising well with the fruity notes. White flowers, green apples, pear, grapefruit and citrus fruits interplay, resulting in a highly balanced nose.

Pleasantly fresh and soft at the same time. Persistent and prolonged aromatic sensation.

收成	The grapes are harvested with the greatest possible care. The care taken in the vineyard as well as the subsequent processing in the cellar, contribute to a high level of quality. From the moment they enter the cellar, the grapes and, consequently, the must are treated by avoiding contact with oxygen as much as possible.
酿造	The pressing cycles are chosen to allow a gentle extraction of the musts. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted in steel tanks and 15% in French oak barriques, all at a controlled temperature. Pomino Bianco is refined in the bottle for a few months at the end of its production process.
陈年	4 months in stainless steel and 1 month in the bottle.
