	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	颜色 Bright, clear gold yellow.
	香气/花束 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas start with hints of yeast and hazelnut followed by aromas of banana, pineapple, hawthorn, grapefruit, plum, apple, honey and bread crust.
	味道 Good correspondence to the nose with an effervescent and crisp opening. Balanced alcohol content with a good body. The finish is persistent with flavours of plum, grapefruit, and hazelnut.

Pairing

Excellent with stuffed pasta, grilled fish, white meat, fish soups, and mushrooms.

酿造	Soft pressing of the whole grapes with a pneumatic press. Clarification of the must with enzymes. The fermentation is started with the addition of selected yeasts. The fermentation temperature does not exceed 19°C.
陈年	In steel for six months. The draft is done in the spring after adding refined cane sugar and yeast. 24 months on the lees and a further 3 months after disgorgement.
