"A blend of 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay, the Metodo Classico Millesimato Pas Dosé ages on the yeasts for 5 years. Riddling is done by hand. This is a medium-bodied sparkling wine that borders closely on being full-bodied. The mouthfeel is beautifully creamy and rich with abundant apricot, honey and sweet almond. I tasted this wine after 30 wines: from Barolos and Barbarescos, and I cannot exaggerate how delicious and appealing this wine ultimately proved to be" (Robert Parker).

	香气/花束 Elegant and subtle with sensations that evoke cedar peel, acacia honey and strawberry blossom for a fine toast.
	味道 Dynamic, defined and tasty with good creaminess.

收成	By hand. The last week of August. The grapes are kept separate according to their vineyard location.
酿造	Grapes are cooled down in the winery before crushing, and only the free-fall must is collected. The first and second fermentations occur. The wines age until May after harvest, then are blended and bottled for the second fermentation.
陈年	At least 48 months on the lees in the bottle.
