A noble, classic method, sparkling wine, a Vintage obtained solely from Verdicchio grapes which ages on the lees for 60 months. A refined wine, produced by hand, representing an excellence in the Marches, which also received an award as the Third Best Sparkling Wine in Italy in 2013. This wine deservedly and respectfully bears the name of one of the early pioneers of sparkling wine from the Marches: Ubaldo Rosi, who in 1843 had already recognised and understood that Verdicchio's natural vocation was for sparkling wines.

	Perlage Very fine persistent perlage.
	颜色 Bright straw-yellow with soft goldengreen reflections.
	香气/花束 Intense, fresh and finely penetrating with a clear fragrance of bread crusts, hints of laurel leaves and almond flowers.
	味道 Dry, sapid, clean and elegant with a pleasant after-taste of green almonds and long persistency on the palate.

Pairing

A sparkling wine that is ideal with all kinds of fish dishes especially shellfish and for starters on special occasions.
