酿造	The grapes are separated from the stalks and then gently pressed with selection of the free-run juice. During processing, the product is preserved as much as possible from oxidative phenomena by working in reduction. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel barrels at a temperature of 15-16 °C and continues for approximately 15-18 days.
陈年	In steel. Following this, the wine stays on the fine lees for 5 months and then matures in the bottle for at least 2-3 months.
