Cavalleri Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

The Blanc de Blancs Nature encapsulates the winery's research and experimentation work of the last ten years. In this cuvée, the number of parcels vinified with indigenous yeasts is now preponderant. Thanks to spontaneous fermentation, the wine is more elegant and incisive, with marked acidity but diluted in the fruit and creaminess of the perlage, to the point that no dosage is required. This is a commitment the winery takes on for all future editions of Blanc de Blancs Nature so that the vineyard and the wine increasingly prevail over human intervention.
