It is made mostly from grapes from the vineyard, but only in years in which the seasonal pattern was perfect. It should be regarded as the best wine is characterized by its uniqueness, due to the characteristics of soil and microclimate. Being a vineyard very late, the harvest takes place between the middle and the end of October.
