Bisol Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Crede Brut 2022
“Crede” is the local dialect term for the clay-laden soil that characterizes the vineyards in the municipality of Valdobbiadene where the grapes used to produce this Prosecco Superiore are chosen. Slopes of very ancient origin, once covered by the sea and formed thanks to the slow movements of the soil, which have arched and vertically arranged its layers. This soil allows water to be retained near the roots of the vines, preventing them from suffering from drought.
