Location Village of Valgatara, Town of Marano di Valpolicella (Verona).
酿造 Grapes are dried in the drying loft until February when they lose 40% of their water. The result is a very full-bodied wine, rich in aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 30-40 days.
陈年 In oak barrels for 36 months. Further ageing in bottles for 6/12 months.
Sulphites Contains sulphites
