The Cuvée N.P.U. - 'Nec Plus Ultra' originated from the desire to produce, despite costs and difficulties, the greatest possible Champagne wine. This is why the utmost care was taken at every stage of its production: from this incredible dream, the N.P.U. was born.

	Perlage Fine.
	Colour Deep, bright straw yellow.
	Bouquet Nose of very ripe wild strawberries in the opening, followed by a wide range of aromas, from acacia honey and candied pineapple to fresh notes of kumquat and jasmine. As the wine opens up, the sweetness of lime blossom and the spicy intensity of cedar wood appear. More patient tasters will see the nose evolve towards notes of blackberry and blackcurrant.
	Flavour The opening is solid and velvety, combining intense flavour and creamy texture. Generous flavours of candied apricots and slightly toasted gingerbread stand out. After this initial explosion, the wine's saline base is revealed in the middle palate. The finish is balsamic and minty, true to the N.P.U. - Nec Plus Ultra - signature.
